Hello!
My name is Jennifer May. I am a dual-degree student at Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA), pursuing a BA in Architectural Studies and a BFA in Studio Art.
I recently completed a semester abroad in Paris at Paris College of Art, where I studied interior design. I worked on a collective artist book shown at the FRAC Île-de-France as a part of Eglė Budvytytė’s “Warm Blooded and Earthbound” show. While in Paris, I worked as an intern for ZIMO, an emerging fashion label, and assisted in the production of their Paris Fashion Week Show.
During my internship at J.Nunez Gallery, I had the opportunity to curate the show “Kaleidoscope Hispanica”, which featured work by 14 local artists from NJ/NYC. Additionally, I collaborated on designing an interior exhibit at the James Hotel in New York, further exploring the intersection of art and space.
